Born and raised just outside of Charlotte, NC, on the scenic shores of Lake Norman, Ty Conley is proud to call the Charlotte region home. Growing up on the lake, Ty spent much of his childhood fishing, boating, and soaking in the outdoor lifestyle that continues to make Lake Norman one of the most desirable areas in the Carolinas. His lifelong connection to the region gives him unmatched insight into the local market — from waterfront living to the best neighborhoods for growing families.

Ty currently lives in Cabarrus County with his wife, Lindsay, and their four children. Together, they stay active in their community and are proud members of Charity Baptist Church in Kannapolis. When he’s not helping clients buy or sell homes, Ty can be found coaching youth sports, cheering on Charlotte’s pro teams, catching a concert, or hitting the golf course for a bit of well-earned relaxation.

In 2018, Ty turned his passion for the area and dedication to service into a career in real estate. Known for his approachable, client-first style, Ty takes pride in guiding everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors through every step of the real estate journey. His deep knowledge of the market and reputation for open communication and integrity make him a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike.

Ty’s background in public service also plays a major role in how he approaches real estate. A career and volunteer firefighter, Ty has always believed in working hard, serving others, and leading with honesty. That commitment to community began early — as a proud Eagle Scout who learned the value of discipline, preparation, and teamwork from a young age.
